What vine is this

I keep pulling it off my fence and putting it in my compost, but what is it? It grows on a tree in the yard behind my house. Last year I pulled tons off it off the tree, but it's back with the same force this year?

Reminds me of kudzu for some reason.

That's what I was thinking. I just wanted to make sure. I think kudzu is safe to eat.

Kudzu and it IS safe to eat. However most animals don't. My property in South Carolina in covered in it and I have a few goats there. Even they wont eat it.
I wouldn't try to feed it, but if some gets eaten, I'm pretty sure they'd be just fine.
