Leopards come in many colors and even the patterns are not identical. They are as unique as fingerprints. They also change some as they age The one above is very blond - some might call that " high white". A little more rare I believe.
There is no way to know for sure from a picture in most cases. Many of them from many parts of their range have all been bred together for decades. The tortoise in the pic looks to me like the ones we call "normal" leopard tortoises over here, but there is no telling what genetics he/she is carrying around. The South African variants are few and far between in captivity.
