So I got home at 530 and spent some good yard time with my torts. I love to watch harper the sully roam an nibble, roam and nibble and martha the russian being grumpy. So all was well. My husband was finaly cutting dead branches around the yard and I had big plans for picking tort food when I tucked the torts in at 630. Life was good. Until I went to go pick tort food and seen that my loving, normally wonderful hubby cut down my treasure trove of small mulberry trees!!!! Wth! So now, other than educating him on what is sacred on our two acre tortoise feeding grounds, I am cutting leaves off branches and drying them in the oven. Hope this works, I have not tried this before.

Hope everyone else is having a productive eve :)
