what insect is this?

I’ve found about 3 in total (all at different times) I normally find one once a month?
Does anybody know what it is? I find them on the hemp - never on Bowser.

They’re so tiny!!! Ahhh I just googled carpet beetle and they look exactly like that! Thank you so much! They give me goosebumps ahhh!
