Nice looks great the only thing I would change is I would have a walk in water dish something easy to get in and out of You did an awesome job

Looks really good! Yes, submerge the water dish a bit more so he can climb in and out more easily.
How about a small Spider plant in a pot, submerged in the substrate?

Cap the corners, looks like if he got to the top of the hide on the right he would be very close to climbing out.

We got both of our tortoises little kong toys. My russian has a traditional tiny kong and my marginated has a kong tire. They both seem to push them around a bit, and they add something different.
