What are these light fixtures called?

I'm making a supply list of stuff to start on my tortoise table and I have seen this style of light fixtures a few times but I can't find them on the Internet. Anyone know what they are called or what sites carry them? I am referring to the tube light fixture.

That is a tube fluorescent, but I think in the UK?
Might be wrong, but I don't believe we have it in the US. They have a lot of cool Reptile supplies that we don't have.

This is the closest thing I have seen (at least the slimmest).
You can get slightly wider ones at Home supply stores.

D; I hope I can find them online in a us online shop. I already have something similar to the link you posted. I have seen them a few times on this site from American online members I believe also so hopefully someone knows where to get em
