A lot more room, a larger clay saucer water dish, plants, humidity.
That tortoise needs a lot more room. A room size room like 10x20, humidity 80% as he is pyramided and lots of plants
Please read the RF caresheet and make all the improvements needed before you start noticing he either can't poop or walk right.

What kind of tortoise? Id say get terracotta dishes that you can sink down in, both for food, water & soaking. Maybe a hanging down plant or two like Pothos or Spider Plants.

Lastly - i dint see how your CHE can provide any heat inside the enclosure?

Ps - is that a Redfoot?

Yes, he is a redfoot. What do you mean by CHE? Should the pothos or spider plants be real or artificial?

What accessories would I add to enclosure,?
Due to your space issue. I'd reccomend not adding much else. Plants included. Just for the sake of useable space inside that enclosure.
Water bowl. Eating area. (Maybe a peice of slate or a terra cotta saucer) and a simple hide box.

Pretty cool enclosure. But like others have said this species needs HIGH humidity. And I believe it needs to be a closed chamber enclosure. Did you make the enclosure yourself?
