My little guy seems to like it but I don't know if this is bad or good for him.

It doesnt look like a weed, more like a young bush or even a tree. No idea...

It's everywhere in my patio, maybe is a little bush.

I'm not any kind of expert but a different picture might help. Can you get a decent one of it growing outside? (Is it sprawling or does it climb upright?)

Also, in the top pcture, at the very top of the plant, is that the beginning of a flower or bud? Can you get a close up? Does it perhaps have five sections/petals?

OK, I'm not at home right now, but I can tell you that the plant grow upright. And I'll let it grown, so I can see if it's a flower or something else.
