Did you get your CBW and NYS permit situation resolved?
If you have, there have been a few Rads posted but most of them are geographically restricted unfortunately. Your price requirements are a problem. Most a going for 1300-1600 or even higher depending on color.
I have a pretty nice early 2013 available which I have posted in the for sale section. You can P.M. for details only if your permit issue is resolved and you are willing to pay more than what you are searching for.
