I am currently looking to buy a radiated tortoise. My budget is approximately $1200.00, I am looking for a baby one so I don't plan on spending much more than that. I personally do not have a CBW permit but a buddy of mine does and is willing to buy and resell the tortoise to me. If you know someone or if you could help me out that would be more than great!
