I've read you can crush up an adult multivitamin and sprinkle it on their food. I was wondering if it's okay to do that with a children's vitamin like Flintstones?

Kids vitamins usually use more sugars, etc. to make them taste good, but the basic idea should work fine for as little as you'll need. Kids vitamins may actually have a bit more calcium and D than the adult versions. Especially if you use the Dino tablet- it just seems more appropriate to use for a reptile! ;)

Unless you are doing a big herd, you just use a pinch of the dust, not the whole tablet. I crush one of mine (I take them 2xweekly) and take the unused portion myself.

Awesome, :D thank you so much. I have a hard time swallowing pills and multivitamins upset my stomach a bit. So a few years back my doctor said to take the flintstone ones, lol. So I take those. Glad to hear I don't have to by another kind and that I can share with Sheldon. How often should I give it to him?
