Some people use a poly plant shelter/mini greenhouse over the enclosure like this Obviously you have to take care with the lights.
If you are going to cover it properly, you probably want 60-80W for the basking lamp. I wouldn't feel comfortable with the cheapy bulb you linked to above.
The CHE can be 100W as you use a thermostat with it. They last for years, so you may as well future proof yourself
