URGENT! Blood coming out of rear!

I went to check on Sheldon and I noticed red splotches in his cage! I checked him to see if he was bleeding and I noticed his tail was red I looked for a cut and couldn't see any! It looked like blood with a little mix of unrates! Please help! He seems fine now but I am very concerned!

Try and calm down, I'm sure its a minor problem. Firstly, check for any cuts again, does he have anything sharp in his cage he may have caught his tail on? Has he been eating any red food? Is there anything stuck in his tail/constipation? Give him a nice luke warm soak and see if any new blood appears. If so, it's most likely to be a wound of some sort. Does he have any mites/fleas? I'm sure everything will be okay.

He seems fine now If he does it again I will bring him to the vet
