Hey everyone, I just wanted to write a quick note about how amazing my experience with light your reptiles was (it’s in Maine, USA). We found out they had a sale on Arcadia lights and ended up buying an integrated set of UV, Basking, grow light, and heat lamp. It was so great we ordered a second but then I was hospitalized for 3.5 months. When I went to open the second light after getting the torts (and myself) back home and settled, I found one of the ceramic lights was broken. I made a call and he was really understanding and helpful, I paid a nominal amount and had a new ceramic fitting shortly thereafter. Amazing place, amazing service and it’s a small business that you can support over a big chain or something !!
