This is a very puzzling topic. I took Pics of Ninja..here they are. By the way..the Plastron is completely flat....the 4th pic is with the flash on

Can you get a tail shot of the first one. All I see is male on that one, but something just doesn't look quite right.

it does look pretty flat, but everything in me says a boy BUT why dont you put them back together and see if he attmepts to mate again, this goes in line with the aggressive sanpping behaviour displayed when they first met,
