I know weight and size depend on a lot of factors. Does anyone have a record on what their Sulcata weighed around the 15 month mark? I need something to compare to.

In my case, about 2 1/2 lbs, IIRC.

There is no typical weight or size though. A Sulcata of that age could be anywhere from 100 grams to 5 pounds (or more, if you've got a freak).

If all goes well they should be around 1000 grams at 15 months.
