Turtle excreta white liquid

I have an indian tent turtle...kachuga.....................He is totally alrite...he eats atleast 4 turtle sticks in a day.......from last 3-4 days....his skin is shedding..........and he eats hardly one stick or no sticks in a day.........he also removes white liquid in form of excreta.........when he use to eat that turtle sticks...which are green in colour.........the excreta he removed was green, but this days he removes white liquid excreta

I don't know anything about the tent turtle, but I do know that just feeding the turtle sticks isn't good enough. I feed my water turtles bits of chicken, vegetables and water plants along with the turtle sticks.
