Hello I was curious what's the the best mobile reptile tank

What size of tortoise, where are you taking it, and how long will it take to get there?

Two months old and it will be two hours plus I'll spend a day or two there

So you mean it will be living for a few days in the tank you're transporting it in?
or you have an enclosure waiting at the destination ?

You're going to have to take special care to keep the baby warm throughout the trip. So don't worry about a damp substrate etc. Soak the tortoise daily during the trip if at all possible.
