Because vomiting is a very unusual event with a tortoise, when Bill Zovickian answered this question a while back, I saved his answer:

"The vomiting could possibly be caused by a large number of pinworms or some other type of worms in the gut. Have you taken a stool sample to a vet for examination?

Other more serious problems causing this type of response would be an intestinal blockage, a cryptosporidium infection, or possibly intranuclear coccidiosis. None of these three are good.

When the tortoise defecated most recently, was the stool normal or was it watery and runny? How warm is the tortoise kept, both in the daytime and at night?"

If this were my tortoise I would take it to the vet and have his poop checked.

In the morning not at all it just looks like his tail run over it he only pops when he gets out of the bath I thought he might have worms but I didnt see anything
SOME worms are usually not much of an issue, but if the tortoise gets stressed, etc. They can multiply out of control.
This is not to say that your tortoise has them at all. Just guessing and trying to help.
A heavy worm infestation would often show by whole, live worms in the poop and vomiting. Otherwise, just the eggs get passed and they are too tiny to notice and aren't uncommon.

Worst comes to worst and you can't afford to pay the vet bills and considering to bring him back to the store. I wouldn't mind taken him under my wing and paying the price to fix him back to health.
Good luck.
