Hello there this is my Russian tortoise Jenny, I bought her going on 3 months ago, I’ve spent tons of money on lights proper bedding plenty of fresh veggies etc, I noticed on the top of her shell the lines in between her scutes are white with pinkish veins throughout, can you please let me know if this looks normal? We love her so much and want to make sure she’s okay. She does bury herself a lot under the dirt and loves being inside her rock . Thanks everyone !!!!

It's new growth lines. They are uneven as it seems to be on just one side which is a little odd but growth lines are a normal thing.
The water dish though needs to be replaced with a large clay saucer the kind that goes under plant containers. Also the analog double temp/humidity gauge you are using is junk and not accurate. Replace that with a digital one. About 10 bucks or so at Home Depot or similar type stores.
Be sure the enclosure is. Minimum of a 4x8 foot. Just because they are small doesn't mean they can live in a small enclosure. They roam lots of ground in the wild.
Basking temp 95-100
All over temp should range from 75-80 and no heat at night unless it gets below 60.
Humidity for an adult should be 30-50%

Thank you so much for that information so thats a small dish I will Remove and use a planter one, I bought a expensive big one at pet smart that they climb into but doesn’t seem interested going in, I will get a digital thermometer to replace those ones, she is in a 40 gallon tank does that seem ok, or do I need to upgrade her ? her basking side that she is mostly near is usually anywhere from 90-100 and the cool side is usually anywhere between 60-65. But when she’s in the 90-100 side she goes inside her rock and buries herself.

I don't have a picture. Any of the digital ones will work. I believe accurite might be the name of one they carry.
You can use the one to first get the basking temp right. When that is right then just move it to the best spot to read the over all temp.
Put it under the basking spot and leave it for an hour then read it.
You can also buy a temp gun, about 10 bucks and use that to point and shoot instant temp. Both are great to have.
