I am posting in this section because I believe it to be an Elongated Tortoise but I am not sure. Does anyone know for certainty what we have here? Thank you.

I would call that a Forsten's Tortoise (Indotestudo forstenii) because of the shape of the nuchal scute. In this tortoise it appears that the nuchal is trapezoidal in shape. In Elongated Tortoises, the nuchal scute has a long and very thin thin rectangular shape.
