Hi all. Anyone know of any Tortoise Rescues or reputable Re-homing in Delaware?

I am considering re-homing, but wouldn't want to offer her to just anyone. I'm really struggling with this decision....

Understandable. Few things: Are you sure "she" is a she? Can you post pictures of her? Most tortoise rescues are really rescues

There are a lot of people in the Delaware Valley who use cr*igslist to advertise that they are "rescues", but they are really resellers of all sorts of species.

They often have animals in foster homes in Delaware - contact them for info about that, or if they have actual screened adopters in your area.
