Sometimes when my torts eat, their mouth seems wet or when they pull their head in really quick cause of freight, bubbles come out of their noses, otherwise totally dry. Is this normal?

Is your tort a young hatchling? My 5 month's old Greek does similar things. When he is eating, he sometimes makes a sound as his beaks open and close. When he is not eating, he also makes a sound when he's neck is moving back and forth. But I do not see any bubbles, the nose is dry.

Yes mine do the clicking to. Not concerned about that, only when eating and sometimes pulling it's heads in, in fright, bubbles do come out. Otherwise all dry.

the head bobbing and minute sounds are normal from what i heard. I did ask the vet if my tortoise was ill, as i saw his head nodding quite often. Vet said that its more frequent in male tortoises.. correct me if im wrong though.
