Your pictures are heartwarming. You have all the elements of tortoise perfection there. He's outside in the sun, in a safe enclosure, with humidity, his shell is wet, he has shelter, and he's eating weeds on a tile.
Seriously, I can't think of one way to improve upon what you've got there. Anyone with a baby sulcata ought to do their best to copy what you've done there.
its a plastic storage bin.. it has wheels on it. we put some holes on the bottom and filled it w/ top soil and i planted some dandellion seeds, so i just move it where i want it or where its sunny but i have to cover the sides cuz he tries to walk thru a lot lol, he is not use to see thru since he has a tortie table indoors.
