Time to rehome my male RT

We are being forced to move into an apartment with no soil anywhere, 3rd floor, time for Allen to find a new home. I've got an ad on CL but fear people will want him who dont know how to keep him safe and well fed and active.
I am in Thousand Oaks, California area. He and his stuff are not free but if any of you live around here and know anyone who might like him, he's a great tort.

I live in calif but I don't buy tortoises. If you ever feel like giving him to a experienced russian keeper let me know, until then I wish you luck.
