Hehe, thanks... it's funny how the size varies on them. The on the left is the oldest by a decent amount and was the smallest until now. The top one... is getting pretty big! Well bigger

I am sure your torts will be fine. I see no reason why you would want to quarantine your hatchling if it came from a repetitive dealer. When you introduce a hatchling to a new enviroment it goes through a lot of stress. Doing quarantine only does it twice!
