The Growth of a Tortoise

Hey there,
I am sure the growth of a tortoise varies between tortoise to tortoise. But, I was curious which one you believed to grow faster from hatchling to 2 years old.

A larger species of tortoise will always grow faster than a smaller species.
If you raised a sulcata in the hot and humid conditions he could be 8"or so by 2 years
I think Tom said his get 8-10" by that age...

Thanks for the response Heather. I was kinda wondering about tortoises you have actually. Like Russian Vs. Leopard. Or Russian vs Red Foot.
