The temp in my baby's enclosure sometimes gets up to 90 degrees.(we have really hot summers where I live so I'm sure that's contributing)
Is that too high? like right now the temp is 90 and the humidity is 87. I don't want her to bake!

You should get it down to 80 no lower, basking temp only should be 95-100, but not the over all temp. Raise up the the heating elements or eliminate one until you get the correct temp.

If you have a heating pad that the tort can lay on don't use it any more unless you attach it to the side of the enclosure. They can be burned by them if laying on them. Even the ones for under the tank type is dangerous.

I'll move it to the side, thanks.
