Mandarin (I think still too small to tell)


Mandarin is the smaller of the two here.

Ahhhhh the wonderful world of sexing a redfoot tortoise.. without helpful info. SCL always helps... but like everything there is always exceptions and extremes...

Mandarin is too small.. Rafiki (suspected male but is currently digging) must be female if she's digging.. and Coagi (I suspect female) is female.

I would say female on the top 3 and who knows about Mandarin, hopefully a boy, right?

All girls to me, Mandarin is too small to say for sure, but lets hope the tail continues to grow!

Sounds like we are all in agreement. I'm actually hoping Mandarin is a female because his/her coloring is a bit dull. We'll see, I love all my torts and I'll be happy with whatever the turnout is.

If I do have 4 females, I may be looking for a screamer male down the road. Rafiki and Mimosa are incredibly colored females.
