Swallowed hair

I have a 6 month Herman tortoise who has hair hanging out its bum. It seems to have swallowed my hair and hasn’t managed to pass it properly. It’s been hanging out for two days and hasn’t moved. All I’ve done is cut it and tried to gently pull but wouldn’t budge. Tortoise seems happy and normal so far. Any ideas?

Well.. all barber shops are closed at the moment.. id try a long soak then try to gently pull it out... if not im pretty sure it’ll eventually work its way out with future poops.

There always seems to be that one stray hair that manages to fall down into the tortoise table. After reading some mind blowingly terrifying stories about such accidents, I always pick out any odd stuff in the substrate !!! My own hair turns out to be a real hazard! So grab any of that quick!
