In the UK we currently have something of a summer, it may last a few days, usually i put either vitamin and mineral powder or calcium powder on the hand picked food, what do I do when they are outside grazing on weeds I can't dust the whole enclosure?

In summer I feed Mazuri a couple times each week, and put it in there. When grazing supplements are less important.

Fresh weeds are high in calcium. They'll be fine eating that.

When exposed to actual sunlight. supplementation might not be required at all with a varied diet.
maybe keep a cuttle bone nearby and let him/her self serve.

I agree with leaving the cuttlebone available , it cant hurt !
