Sulcatta she’ll was damaged by heat lamp about 2 yrs ago.

Her she’ll recently showed sign of two lose scutes. She escaped her enclosure and was picked up by strangers. They removed the two scutes! What should I do!?

Not much you'll be able to do once the scutes fall off unfortunately. I assume all has been corrected with the lamp now? How is the shell looking overall despite the missing scutes?
