What will happen if the baby sulcata tortoise is on its back for a long time? ? Is it bad for them

If flipped over for to long they can die.

They way the tortoises lungs are positioned in there shell they will suffocate and die.

especially if under the heat lamp.... or in the water dish.
try to find out how and why and prevent it..

I got a bigger tank for mine (they are 3mth old) now they have all the room in the world to play that they don't try to climb the walls anymore.
