Sulcata update

Sam is now 11 months and doing very well. Alert, huge appetite and lives to roam. S/he still has noticeable pyramiding but the new growth appears more smooth.

This is the outside 4'x8' sunning pen.


Just over 300 grams and ~4.3". His growth has slowed down a bit since he switched over to only fresh grass and weeds. I don't feed him ZooMed grassland and Mazuri LS anymore.

Nice little pen there. Lots of shade too. A close up would have been nice of the cutie.

This is a closer pic but need to take one without the cover.

I used leftover chicken wire because I don't let the torts outside without supervisor and constant temperature monitoring.
