Poor guy, it sounds like he is getting fed from "bags" of food. Starting to pyramid a little bit. Its hard to get an idea of exactly how big he is but he doesn't look 4 months old to me...??

I would love to have a sulcata as well, I just don't live in the right region/have the proper facilities for one right now.
