I have a two year old Sulcata the same size as a box turtle. I have an outdoor enclosure that houses18 boxier. Can my tortoise share this space over the upcoming summer?

NO!

Your tortoise needs its own space. Species should never be mixed, and their temperature, housing and dietary needs are vastly different.
