Hi all,
I'm relatively new to the forum, and have a bit of a predicament that hopefully some of you might be able to advise with. I have recently changed careers and feel that I have to find a new home for my star tortoise. He is 3 years old and gets very stressed out during car rides (I recently moved across town), so I want to avoid shipping. I would like to find someone local but I am not sure where to start. I also would want to avoid craigslist type general selling sites as I don't think he would go to a good home that way... (no offense to anyone that uses those sites, I just don't fully trust using them :/ ). I am in Philadelphia PA and would appreciate any general guidance.
