Subspecies ID Please

Im looking at this tortoise. It is not mine. It looks a lot like my Antakyan / Jordanian intergrades. It is advertised as female, 4.5 inches. I think it looks male, any input on subspecies and sex?

Female I'm sure of it. Subspecies, not surer self but your guest is close. That's what I've would have said.
