Strange smell

I checked on Squirt as I always do and noticed a smoked fish smell and upon further inspection found it's coming from her tail area. She did not have this odor 2 hours ago before or right after she had a BM. After noticing the smell I wiped her down in that area with warm water and it seems to have gone away. There was not much of anything on the towel. Does anyone know what this smell could be from or why it is?

It's probably from whatever the tortoise has been eating. I doubt it's anything to worry about.

Ok, thank you! She has been eating fine and acting normally, so I will worry a lot less now knowing it is probably something she ate!
