Stalking grunt

I I introduced my big rf with my medium sized cherry head and she was following him around grunting at him her mouth wasn't open it was like a throat grunt of that helps what is this just introduceing?

My redfoots do what I call a contact grunt. Usually when one walks up to the other is when you'll hear it. If company isn't wanted,it's followed by a loud hiss.
