Anyone in Leo world know if the sprouts coming off the moss in Benny's enclosure is edible?

I have never seen moss grow like this before and can't find anything on tort table.

Here's what it looks like

On another note, Benny's outdoor garden is finally starting to sprout some greens, mostly clover and dandelions, and once Mother Nature decides to give ON a summer I can transplant his indoor garden (1 seen in the pic below)

You won't find a lot on moss, this question has been asked several times in my limited experience and the only moss listed as safe is Sphagnum moss and some torts don't do so hot with that either (blockage). So at this time unless you hear definitively from a source you can trust I would go with no.

It wouldn't shock me if that changed but wait till you are 100% sure.

Thanks Sterling Thunder. I tried searching a thread but couldn't find anything. I have never seen sphagnum moss (which this is) sprout before.

I'm going to pull it and replace with an organic soil mix and sand to let him dig in and throw in some pulled dandelions from my outdoor
