This is the first year that Shelly is outside all the time. I brought her in when we had a cold snap, and she was quite unhappy about that. I live in Andalucia.
So, this is also the first year the she has really been giving me a run for my money on my Spring veggies. She has eaten my sunflower starts and pumpkin plant babies. I have quite a bit of chard growing just for her, but she couldn’t care less for that (used to be her favorite). I put a bunch of carrots out for her the day after I pulled them, and she didn’t want anything to do with them. I had new baby eggplant in a raised bed that was chomped. Which may not have been her, because that would be impressive if she got up in there and then down again.

Sounds like its time to plant some things that can't be eaten so she has shade and cover, and plant edible stuff outside the enclosure to be cut and fed to her as needed.
