how do u put a picture as your profile picture..

If you still have questions, go to 'user cp' in the line at the top of the page next to 'welcome xxx'.
Once there, scroll down on the left to 'your profile' and pick 'change avatar'. You can browse and upload from photobucket, or your computer.
