Can i soak my rt's everyday, some of their skin is peeling, and i don't think the women soaked them much. When i soak them last, (yesterday) they didn't drink any of the water, so i know they are getting enough water. Its starting to get colder here now, maybe they do shed? It is the north .
I don't think it will hurt then to play in the bath tub each day will it?..

And yes the bath tub is totally clean before they go in there..

I would soak them every 2 or 3 days. Russians aren't very fond of soaking, so it can stress them out to soak to often.

The skin peeling is normal they do shed. Let the skin come away on its own and don't pull on it :)

I have found that my tortioses do not typically like to drink while they are in their enclosure. For this reason is a good idea to have them soak. I soak them for 3 - 5 minutes in lukewarm water. I recently purchased small cat litter pans from Walmart to soak my torts. These work great for soaking and the pans clean up very easily.
