Skins color

I am certainly a limited experienced russian owner. I need advice on what I think may be a problem. One of my new tortoises has a yellowish/green tint to it skin. It's certainly a russian skin color that I have never seen before. Any idea what kind of issue this may indicate?

I am sorry for your loss. My Russian ha greenish yellowish skin also so I think it had nothing to do with that. Again i am sorry.

Wow, I'm sorry! He might had parasites??
I read when russains get VERY old they can acquire an unusual greenish/blue skin color and the yellow fades out a bit...
