Silliness in the new hides

We decided to saw one of the log hides in half on the diagonal and put them in the basking area. The idea was that the light and heat could get in easily, but they would still feel covered and safe. The concept worked a little too well, they all tried to cram into the same one, that's Mr.T trying to climb in sideways over the others.

That's cute! My tort spends most of his day in his two warm hides (a hay pile and a fake plant...which also both stay nice and warm). :) You had a great idea.
