What are a way to tell a healthy sulcata tortoise at first glance I'm used to leopard geckos and with them you just make sure they have a fat tail what are some goof signs on tortoises

Active, eating, bright beady eyes that are wide open and not sunken, looks inquisitive. When you pick him up does he feel like a shell full of air or a rock? (You want the rock)
