should I remove this spur?

At the front of the carpace where Irie's head is, you can see a spur that protrudes from her shell. It looks like it could poke her when she holds her head up. should it be removed? thanks in advanced.

I'd definitely leave it unless it's causing any harm or discomfort to Irie. I'm not a RT expert, but it doesn't look out of the ordinary to me.

It is natural for Russians, many of them have it there. I would not do anything with it.

Looks like a nuchal scute, not a spur. If you think if will cause a problem, you can gently file it smooth.

might be safer to file it off before it causes harm. I was told to use a clean nail file on something like that. Wouldnt want it to get infected or anything if it does poke her.
