Should i hibernate my russian?

My Russian tortoise lives indoors as I live in England as you all probley know the weather is not great hear.
Should I still hibernate her if so when should I do it??

A lot more keepers hibernate their torts in the UK than in the US. But they usually advise waiting at least a year after you get the tort to ensure proper diet, and that they are in tip top shape.
So keep your lights on for 12-14 hours and plan to have her around over the winter!
