Should I be concerned?

We are new Leo caretakers and our little guy has a spot on his chin I am concerned about? It is white/grey. Please see the pic below.

Cage temps are mid to hi 80's and humid closed enclosure with 85% humidity.

To my eye, it looks like he's stained from the substrate but it's not stained on the chin.

What's your substrate? Could this be a possibility?

The bedding is a mix of cypress bark from LLL Reptile, cocoair and spongum moss.

Any ideas on the staining topic? Not sure how to prevent that or if it is bad for him.
